Revised as of August 21, 2025
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how DoMyPresentation LLC (“DoMyPresentation,” “we,” “us,” or “our“) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use domypresentation.com and related pages (the “Site”) and when we provide our services through the Site (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Site or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
Note about third‑party flows. Certain actions (e.g., Order and Log In) may redirect you to a trusted third‑party platform we use to handle account and checkout. When you follow such links, that platform’s own privacy policy applies in addition to this Policy.
We collect information in three ways: directly from you, automatically through your device, and from service providers or other sources.
1.1. Information you provide to us. When you create an account, place an order, upload files/briefs, communicate with support, or submit a form, you may provide: name, email address, phone number, account username, password, order details, project files and instructions, testimonials/feedback, and any other information you choose to share.
1.2. Information collected automatically. When you visit or use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect: usage data (pages viewed, actions taken, referring URLs), IP address, approximate location derived from IP (city/region), cookie or device identifiers, browser and device characteristics, timestamps, and other technical log information. We also use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see §6).
1.3. Information from other sources. If you choose to register or sign in through a third‑party service (e.g., single sign‑on), we may receive certain information from that provider such as your name and email based on your settings with the provider. We may also receive limited transaction metadata from payment processors to confirm that a payment occurred (for example, date, amount, and the last 4 digits of the card).
1.4. Payment information. We use third‑party payment processors to handle payments. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Our processors handle your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies and security certifications.
1.5. Information we do not seek. Please do not upload sensitive identifiers (e.g., Social Security number), precise geolocation, or protected‑health information to briefs unless specifically requested and secured—such data is not required for the Services.
We use personal information for the following business and commercial purposes:
Provide and operate the Services (process orders, deliver files, maintain accounts, and provide customer support).
Communicate with you (transactional emails, service updates, and—only where permitted—marketing messages you can opt out of).
Security and fraud prevention (monitoring, incident detection, abuse prevention, and enforcing our terms).
Analytics and improvement (measure traffic and performance, troubleshoot, and enhance the Site and Services).
Compliance and recordkeeping (meet legal, tax, and auditing obligations; respond to lawful requests).

For privacy requests (access, deletion, correction, portability, opt‑out), contact us using the details above or the form on our Site. We may request information to verify your identity before acting on a request.
We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information as follows:
Service providers/Processors. Hosting, analytics, payment processing, cloud storage, communications, customer support, and security providers acting under contracts that limit their use of your information.
Professional advisors. Legal, audit, and similar advisors under confidentiality.
Legal and safety. To comply with laws, lawful requests, or to protect rights, property, and safety of our users or the public.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. Successors may continue to use information as described in this Policy.
If we begin activities deemed a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under applicable U.S. state laws (for example, cross‑context behavioral advertising), we will update this Policy and provide required opt‑out mechanisms.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to know/access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of (i) sale of personal information, (ii) sharing for cross‑context behavioral advertising/targeted advertising, or (iii) certain profiling. You may also have the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information and to appeal our decision on your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
How to exercise your rights. Submit a request via [email protected] or through the privacy request form on our Site. We will confirm receipt and respond within applicable timelines. For authorized agents, we may require proof of authorization and additional verification.
Global Privacy Control (GPC) and universal opt‑out mechanisms. Where required by law, we honor browser/device signals such as GPC as an opt‑out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising.
We use:
Essential cookies required for core functionality and security; these cannot be switched off in our systems.
Analytics cookies that help us understand which pages are popular and how visitors move around the Site, so we can improve performance.
Advertising/retargeting cookies only if/when enabled in your preferences.
You can manage cookies in your browser settings and via on‑site controls where available. Blocking certain cookies may affect Site functionality.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data (for example, order and tax records may be kept longer than server logs). When data is no longer needed, we delete it or de‑identify it according to applicable standards.
We implement technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information (such as encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring). However, no electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use the Services within a secure environment and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Site may link to or integrate with third‑party sites or services (for example, account and checkout providers, analytics, or payment processors). Those third parties have their own privacy policies and practices. Review their policies before providing information to them.
The Services are not intended for individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact [email protected] and we will take appropriate steps to delete it. Users must be at least 18 to place orders or create an account.
Most browsers and mobile operating systems include a Do‑Not‑Track (DNT) setting. There is currently no uniform standard for recognizing DNT signals, so we do not respond to DNT. Where required, we recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar universal opt‑out mechanisms as described in §5.
If you are a California resident, you may request information about our disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes (the “Shine the Light” law) and exercise CCPA/CPRA rights (see §5). If we engage in sale or sharing of personal information, we will provide a clear “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link. Submit requests via [email protected].
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated “Revised” date at the top indicates the latest version. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Policy. We encourage you to review it periodically.
